Only from PMI, the Advantage II offers kevlar industrial head protection & plenty of detail oriented comfort.  The Advantage features include a 3-point chin strap suspension to keep it on your head, a ratcheting headband for easy adjustability, and headlamp retainers.  The headlamp retainer accepts most any headlamp.  The built in goggle mount is designed for use with ESS goggles.
