Training/Class Registration:
Some things have to be done the 'old fashioned way'. This is one of them. Because of the inherent danger of the courses and techniques we teach, a hard copy of the Application Form and the Registration Process Form with an original signature is required. Advance payment or deposit via credit card is possible by calling On Rope 1.
- Download and print out the Application Form and the Registration Process Form. (Requires a PDF Viewer)
- Complete the Application Form and the Registration Process Form.
- Sign the Application Form and the Registration Process Form.
- Mail the Application Form and the Registration Process Form and at least 50% of the course fee.
If On Rope 1 does not receive full payment for the course at least 2 weeks prior to the start date your name will placed on the waiting list. Any applications received without 50% of the course fee will be considered as a request for placement on the waiting list.
On Rope 1 will process your application as soon as it is received and you will be sent a confirmation packet. The packet will contain a letter of confirmation, a receipt of fees paid, a liability waiver, a medical history and emergency contact form, and other information pertinent to the requested course. The liability waiver, medical history and emergency contact statement must be returned to On Rope 1 by the start of the course.
Please do not make airline reservations until the class has been confirmed by On Rope 1.
If a course is full, your name will be added to the waiting list. Names are added on a first come, first serve basis.
On Rope 1 reserves the right to cancel a course at any time and for any reason. If such a cancellation occurs, all registered course participants will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund of fees already received will be made to each participant.
If you (applicant) cancel with less than 2 weeks notice On Rope 1 will attempt to replace your slot in the course with someone else on the waiting list. If a suitable replacement is found, On Rope 1 will refund any fees received less a $25 processing fee. If a replacement cannot be found there will be no deposit refund.
