a credit card number. If you have any questions about the ordering process send us an email or feel free to call. Orders may be paid with a Visa, Discover or MasterCard credit card. Purchase orders will be accepted on a case to case basis. Large orders will be given our utmost attention to pricing.
Quotes:
We will provide quotes on complete orders. Please provide items numbers, or we will provide the product number of the item that most closely meets your needs.
Shipping Information:
We ship all orders UPS ground; please no Post Office boxes. We will add the shipping charges and tax if applicable. Allow two weeks for delivery and please email us with any questions about your order. Expedited service is available for an additional charge. All expedited orders must be called in and these are the only orders accepted by phone. We will not cancel backorders unless cancelled by you. All special orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Returns and Exchanges:
Please be very specific about sizing on your orders, our website has very detailed descriptions on all of our products. If you are unable to find the information you are looking for, please email us with questions. If you do need to return something, contact us before you ship anything back and we will issue you a return authorization.
