Shipping:
We usually ship via UPS or USPS priority mail. Please advise us if you have special needs, such as signature required (additional charge), or if you wish to use your own shipper account. FedEx ground will have an additional charge. For the shipping times via UPS from our location in Tennessee, please see the map below. PLEASE NOTE: UPS Air (3-day, 2-day or overnight) may incur additonal shipping costs based on the weight and size of packaging which cannot be calculate through the shopping cart.
Special Shipping:
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may require special shipping charges and you will be notified in advance for costs and most efficient shipping method.
International Orders:
We accept payment through PayPal (www.paypal.com) or bank wire transfer. We will email you with shipping options, costs and our PayPal account. In most cases shipping quotes will be calculated via US mail in order to reduce costs. Other shipping methods on request. Shipment will be initiated once the proper funds have been received.
Methods of Payment:
On Rope 1 gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders, Checks, PayPal, approved Purchase Orders, and cash. We will charge your credit card at the time the order is shipped. Cards are not charged automatically when an order is submitted.
Minimum Order:
There is a $10.00 minimum order excluding shipping cost.
Returns and Exchanges:
Please let us know what you wish to do with the item (exchange or refund). For exchanges, please let us know what you would like as the replacement and include return shipping costs to send it back to you. For returns, as long as the item is returned intact (in orginal packaging and in new condition), we will refund the cost of the item. In some cases, there may be a 15% restocking fee.
We are sorry, but custom orders or cut items cannot be returned. This includes custom colors or items which we took extra and expensive steps to ensure your satisfaction upon receipt.
Life Support items cannot be returned.
