On Rope 1 participates in numerous caving events throughout the year. Below is a schedule of upcoming events for 2009. We will continue to update these as more information becomes available. If you have an event that you would like listed please let us know by emailing info@onrope1.com.

04/29-05/01/11: Spring Virginia Area Regional (VAR) - More information and a preregistration form can be found on the VAR Web site.
04/29-50/1/11: MVOR The spring 2011 MVOR will be hosted by MSM at the Waynesville, MO Shriners club, in Waynesville, MO. See the MVOR web site for details. http://www.mvor.org On Rope 1 will be vending.
05/27-05/30/11: Kentucky Speleofest will be held at the Lone Star Preserve, hosted by the Louisville Grotto. See the Speleofest Web site for details. On Rope 1 will be vending.
06/08-06/12/11: SERA Cave Carnival will be held on Monteagle Mountain at the CAVERS PARADISE CAMPGROUND SEWANEE, TN. On Rope 1 will be NOT vending. Sorry, but we cannot attend this year. See the SERA web site for more information. http://www.caves.org/region/sera/CaveCarn.htm
06/16/11: Karst O Rama: The Greater Cincinnati Grotto’s yearly caving festival will be held at the Great Saltpeter Cave Preserve in Mt. Vernon, KY, from June 16-19, 2011. For more INFORMATION and ON-LINE REGISTRATION go to www.karstorama.com On Rope 1 will be vending.
07/19-26/09: NSS Convention: The NSS 2011 Convention in beautiful Glenwood Springs, CO. See the convention website at http://nss2011.org/ for online registration. This is a great opportunity to meet cavers from all over the US and beyond! On Rope 1 will be an inside vendor at convention.
08/12-14/11: Indiana Cave Capers - The 58th annual event hosted by the Central Indiana Grotto will be held at Camp Rivervale near Mitchell Indiana. For more information go to www.cavecapers.com.
09/01/11: Old Timers Reunion: A Labor Day classic in affiliation with The Robertson Association. (Membership required) This event will take place at the OTR site in Daily, West Virginia. On Rope 1 will be vending.
10/06/11: TAG: OR1 will be attending TAG on the mountain. TAG will be the second weekend in October, from Oct. 8th through the 13th. Check the DCG website for pre-registration information. On Rope 1 will be vending.
10/15/11: Bridge Day: The annual B.A.S.E. jump and rappel at the New River Gorge Bridge. On Rope 1 will have a small vending area set-up at Passages to Adventure (Rivers) on Friday. Please give us a call ahead of time (before Wednesday!) if there is something specific you need us to bring. For specific information on the Bridge Day Rappel please click here.
