Q. How can I track my order?
Tracking information is available by contacting us at tracking@onrope1.com We must have your order number from your order confirmation to facilitate this. Note that tracking info is not available for orders sent via the US Postal Service. If you specify postal delivery, On Rope 1 will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
