Gini Smith:
Gini comes to On Rope 1, Inc. possessed with the glue that holds 
the whole operation together. Bruce & Gini met in 9th grade years ago but didn’t tie the knot until 2004 in Antarctica. That’s a story for
People magazine.
Gini’s been involving herself with the adventure & gear of On Rope 1, Inc. since 2000. She routinely helps with the organization & teaching of the Basic Vertical classes in addition to spending endless hours at her computer managing the office & retail aspects of the company. She does everything possible to accurately & expediently serve each customer in whatever way possible.
